At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the items are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
